Hello everyone waiting.... I,m a Canadian citizen born and raised... I,m sponsoring my wife from Manila [Quezon City] I filed our application Sept 4/12 and was approved for sponsorship Oct 16/12. Our app has been in CEM since Oct.16/12..almost 3 months at the CEM. thats when the counting starts..from when the CEM receives your app. We were married in Quezon City May 7/12 and waited 3 months for our NSO.. so 8 months altogether just waiting... I paid all fees up front of 1040.00 so we just keep waiting. and they say if you pay in advance it will be faster... since we have waited for all gov,t papers we have lost 2 family members... Hope to hear from the CEM very soon but could be up to August/13 waiting and they tell you nothing since its in process time Going crazy.....

I still don't know how accurate the 11 month figure is, but it does look like the processing is slowing down a bit when you look at the Manila VO spreadsheet.

They were averaging 160ish days in January 2012 and not it seems more like 220ish.

I really just hope it wont be that long.. The shorter the better ofcourse...

I got to tell you I would never do this again..CEM is way to slow but wow they took my money really fast at the embassy for the legal cap... now 11 months instead of 9 i bet your in the same boat....

matagal tlaga ang cem ngayon,,,kaya ako still waiting for cem na mag send nang email sa akin,,.,,,same tayo... ;D ;D ;D,,gdluck sa atin..

your in the same boat as me I have to tell you your looking at Aug/13 before anything is done...I was approved oct 16/12 and paid everthing ... still waiting.... CEM just wants your money then move very slow.....

as of now kasi sis nasa august approval pa lang sila... wait lang po tayo ng konti pa at darating din po ung para sa atin... God is Good!!!

Hi , pwede i singit ko tong problema ko. I have 3 concerns. My work permit expired 2 years ago and was not lucky to be approved for one though I had an employer who was trying to sponsor me as arranged employment. The reason was my ex won't cooperate. So I decided to file a divorce. Yet my divorce was not done yet. Na reject due to some errors. But I legally worked to other employer prior to that. Now this month is my bf's and my anniversary when we started dating. But we were close friends 3 years before that. And I started living with him sometime in June. Now my question are, 1) Can my bf still sponsor me under family class even though I out of status?and start the counting in January instead of June? 2) Even though my divorce has not yet done. But i have proofs that i filed. I have copies for that. 3) where will we file it where its faster and surefire way? Inland or outside... Pls help me, i need your brilliant advices here... Thanks!

If you aren't already on it you can insert a line in the appropriate month and add your info, or send me a message and I will add you. You are able to modify your information and there are some rough statistics of current times.

You may notice a pattern over the top part of the sheet with the stats. Those are protected cells. Just go to View and turn off "Protected Ranges" and the pattern will go away.

Hi another question. If i applied, granting that is 12 month cohabitation already, can i also apply for an open work permit together with my sponsorship from my common law partner?
Pls answer me if u have an idea about this. Thanks...

Happy New Year everyone! Wala pa rin news from CIC. last time I checked, they're currently processing those applications that were received on Nov 6. So malayo pa ko Dec 3rd kasi ung sa husband ko. But I was able to log in na and it says received pa lang. Im praying we will receive the Sponsor Approval this month. I really miss my husband. Goodluck everyone!

Hi Acel, good for you! We applied 2nd week of November 2012, until now wala pa kami narereceive na AOR so we don't have our client ID yet to access ECAS. Hoping any news na din. Good luck to us!

Kakacheck ko lang po ng ECAS ko, sa Sponsorship: Decision Made na nakalagay but it's kind of scary kung good or bad ba ung decision nila haha! Sabi din that they sent me a mail on Jan 10. Wala pa naman ako narereceive na sulat or email man lang. Tapos po sa PR App: nakalagay na medical received. Ano kaya ibig sabihin nito? Nakakakaba naman

Ung sa UCI/Client ID po nakalagay un sa first email na nareceive ko from CIC stating that they have received my app to sponsor dated dec 3. Tapos after po nun nagchecheck ako lagi. Today lang sya nagbago ng status. Nakalagay Decision Made and medical received. Nagbasa po ako sa ibang forum, sbi hntay ko n lang ung mail na Sponsor Approval and that they already sent the app to CEM. God bless us all!

mukhang masipag case officer ninyo. wala pa kami narereceive na email or letter for AOR, unlike yung timeline ng sa previous months wala pang one month may email notice na. sana, sponsor approval na din yung notice na mareceive namin. best of luck satin

Hindi ako mapakali nung nakita ko sa ECAS na Decision Made na ang status so I called CIC and they said I was approved as a sponsor last Jan 10 and they sent my husband's application to CEM na that same day. God is really good to us. Naunahan pa namin ung ibang November applicant. Sana lahat na po kayo makatanggap na rin ng SA! We'll include y'all in my prayers. Sana din mapabilis sa CEM ang PPR nya. I heard this is the longest waiting part. But it is never the same. Like us Dec 3 nareceive ng CIC ang application namin pero we got approved Jan 10. Sa website nakalagay Nov 7 pa lang sila ngaun. So hnd din po accurate ung mga processing time and hnd pareparehas ng case. Just keep on praying and hoping baka mapabilis din batch natin sa CEM. If u need anything, I'll be happy to help.

Congrats! Ecas is not updated all the time..
Sponsor approval is really quick.. Maximum lately was just 60 days..
Pero yung step 2 ang matagal.. can even last for 7 months..
