Both are a private colleges. So you won't qualify for a PGWP.

But i've heard that LaSalle comes under spp

Qualifying pgwp and spp are two different things. If you want to qualify for pgwp make sure you are applying for public colleges and universities.

To answer this thread, Yes cegep de la gaspesie does provide and for Herzing college, selected course must be more than 900 hours long and it should fall in DEP, DEC, ASP, AEC.
