I am having issues understanding section H: Addresses of imm5669. Do I need to put in all the addresses my parents stayed for the past 10 years? As in, they visited France in 2015, then visited England in 2018. So should those addresses be added?

I have gone through https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/imm-5669-addresses.594370/ - but there are conflicting replies

My view is that for this form, "lived" should be read as "resided" meaning habitual place of residence. I.e. not including 'visits.'

No, there is no definition of what period of time is covered by a visit. Use your judgment.

But note: IMM5669 asks for dates only in a YEAR/MONTH format - no days.

So clearly periods of less than a month are not what IRCC considers important in this particular form.

And also: if in doubt, write a letter of explanation - brief and simple - if you think something needs to be explained that's not captured properly by the form.

(Note: some/many applicants may be providing a travel history - that is different and clearly is meant to cover travel and visits, even short duration).

If you parents stayed in France for a year in their cottage there and a house they rented in England for 8 months, may be include those addresses.
Otherwise, do not worry about putting a 2 weeks or a months' air b&b address on imm5669.

For sure include those trips in the travel history.
