Normally,I think they should have sent you the link before saying you have been approved.

No they send u an email saying you have been approved and they need the following for completion and for your or card that's when they ask you to update your address and send photo through the link

You already did that via the link you would need to send it again.they switched up the process recently it wasn't like this before
