Hi there,
My passports were delivered on November 10th 2017, even I didn't hear anything from them till date.As per this thread, Usually it's taking around 20 business days maximum for return tracker to get activated.
Let's hope for the best.

Today Nov 14 , it shows approved and counterfoil number in MyCIC.

My application has been approved about an hour ago (I checked MyCIC account).
My timeline:
Passports sent: 29 October
Passports delivered: 31 October
Passports received by the Office: N/A
MyCIC approval: 21 November
Canada Post Tracking: Not activated yet

But now it is real!
I thank you everyone in this forum for the amazing support. I will let you guys know when I get the passports and do the landing.
I am very happy and I cannot describe it with words! It was a very-very long journey with lots of downs!

Hello All, please advise. Received my PPR on the 16th, then I requested to change the VFS/VAC office to Saudi Arabia since I currently reside there, not in my home country. For some reason, they suggested to submit documents to UAE/Kuwait/Oman/Qatar not Saudi. Could you advise what is the possible reason they still dont want me to submit passports to VAC or VFS office in Saudi? At least Riyadh, if not Jeddah would work fine for me.

My passport was delivered on Oct 27th and my representative has access to my CIC.

I of course keep asking about update and he said that he will get an email when sth update on my CIC.

I never know! Is it true?

Yes! That is correct. However, you usually get the email 24 hours after the update actually happened.
In my case, I kept checking my CIC account everyday and saw my approval before I got the email, which I got the next day.
