I am Outland applicant from US.
I sent mine + dependents passports to Ottawa CPC and they got delivered on Oct 22nd at "2303 Stevenage Dr, Ottawa, ON K1G 3W1, Canada", though package was marked for "365 Laurier Av West Ottawa" address. Heard it is a security facility which screens the packages and internally transfers to CPC Ottawa.
Since, then I didnt see any updates on GC Key portal. I am worried about safety of passports, and other paperwork that was sent with the package.
Can someone share their timelines with me?( Preferably from Aug Sep or Oct 2026)
1. How many days, it took for them to get some confirmation that they received passports?
2. Passport receipt happens on Tracker or GCKEY?
3. Time taken for COPR and Counterfoil availability? (I can see all the 4 tasks closed in Tracker, and COPR/Counterfoil number, though main application status is "In Progress" and I do not see any passport receipt status/history/note.)
