Passports to CPC Ottawa - May 2018

Its been 11 days since my application got approved and I am still waiting for the FEDEX return tracker to get updated, has anyone seen this unusual delay ?

The told me on the 4th of May that my parcel had been resent to me with DHL . tracking still not activated !!

40$? I am not sure what you are referring to is an Xpresspost envelope. My Xpresspot return envelope (standard) cost me only about $15. The price of yours seems to indicate you sent something else. So are you sure you sent a Canada Post Xpresspost envelope?

Sorry this is my husbands application it was 32$ after taxes. It says if they don't receive envelop within 7 days it will get sent standard shipping which we can't track but I'm sure it will be fine. But is there a way to contact the case worker? Maybe its there but they missed it.

You didn't really answer my question which was to know if it really was a Canada Xpresspost envelope..it shouldn't have cost your husband that much. I wouldn't know of any way to contact whoever is working on your case, sorry. I guess you either have to wait or send an Xpresspost envelope.

My passport was delivered on May 9.I received a correspondence letter for Medical Surveillance on May 14.I havent heard anything from them yet.My application status still shows in progress.Why is it taking so long for them to approve the application.

We sent email back yesterday with receipt of proof of Xpresspost and they replied today saying they found it and will send it back with prepaid envelope
