PPR on Jan 15, sent PPs on Jan 15 and arrived at Ottawa on Jan 20, PPs received on Jan 28 from Ottawa, landed on Jan 31.

I think you should not worry much... maybe others can also comment if theirs was signed for as well even when they didnt request for signature on delivery!

Ok good news. My tracker got activated and passport will be delivered today. I'll probably drive down to Niagara early morning tomorrow or in the evening tomorrow.

Is there anyone from US who has sent their passports/copies to Ottawa office and have not received the documents back with COPR?

My docs were received by CIC Ottawa on 1/15 and the application was approved on 1/25, however my return FEDEX tracker has still not activated yet.

I am now getting little worried as inland applicants who sent their passports after my timelines have got back their packages. :'(

Any help/suggestions to check what is going on with my application?

Did my landing on Saturday in Carway.. everything went just okay. Just a word of advise to anyone who is going to do flag polling. Those CBSA officers they DON'T like it. I think it's because they are not CIC so it't not their job doing this stuff. Don't expect nothing from them as long as they do your paper while sputtering or even yelling at you, that is absolutely normal. They do it just because they have to. If there is a way to refuse your flag polling, they will absolutely do it without hesitate. So yeah, that s the way it is

For those who don't accept this kind of attitude whatsoever and willing to wait four to six weeks, my advise is to book appointment with any CIC office. They ll do it better as it is their job.
