PASSPORTS TO CPC-OTTAWA in April 2016

Hi all. I received my passport back to me on yesterday.

My timeline:

PPR & Passport Send : 18 April 2016
Passport Rec Ottawa : 20 April 2016
Application Approved & Closed : 30 April 2016
Return tracker Activated : 02 May 2016
Passport Rec. back to me : 03 May 2016

Seems it really takes two business days for them to activate the tracking number after status change in cic account...

I have received my passport yesterday and finished landing at Rainbow Bridge.
The office wasn't busy at night, so I didn't wait for long. The whole process took around 30 min, including the round trip on the bridge by walking.

It should be at your courier portal.

Expect an update (usually an application approval) in your MyCIC profile first. Within a week after this update expect your passport back in a mail.

The tracker should activated on courier companies portal. From my observation, if you used Canada Post, they usually activated after 6:00pm...

anyone's application approved today ? One person in May reported his/her application got approved and closed. His/her passport reached ottawa on may 2. Mine reached 28th April, still no update
