can you please tell me how you show your mom's country ties? I'm badly in need of help. i need to know because they are rejecting my parents visa due to this reason and my 2 married sisters lived there only. They even show the property documents but they said ' there is a risk that your parents will not leave canada" even though we give iteniary along with departure tickets. please advise anything else we can do? can you please share the invitation letter or something? Please advise.
Firstly, who is the owner of the property? your mom?
I can share the invitation letter. Will send by this evening once I reach home as it's in my personal laptop
Did you apply for visitor visa or super visa before?
They may have this opinion that since both sisters are married and probably she's living alone so that's why she may not got back?

I applied for "visitor visa" for my parents and my father is the owner of property. Yes, since they are living alone and they don't have any dependent children now that's why they thought they will not get back to homecountry. Actually my brother's wife with kids live with them and my brother lives in Dubai but i know it's of no use since she is not their daughter. Please guide how can i make my this point stronger?

Hi,
Yes, I finally managed to get the visa for parents, though i had less hope. The only document i could show (though it wasn’t required) was parents bank statement. Make sure you guys make your strong case and have enough funds to support their stay and also get their itinerary (provisional tickets) plus their daily/weekly activities within Canada followed by their departure from canada to home country.
Best of luck :)
Hi.. Can you please share how did you show home country ties? I need to apply for my parents too and this is the main problem.

Okay - so here's the thing.

Visitor visa is different than Super visa. I too applied for visitor visa earlier (3yrs ago) which was rejected for the same reasons as you mentioned above.

You should apply for a Super visa which is different than visitor visa. It is much easier to get a supervisa than a visitor visa.

Thankyou so much for your reply. I appreciate it. However, I'm seeking help just to make sure if I'm on right track to apply for or if there is anything more I can add on to make the case stronger.

Lastly, what do you think what makes your case for the point "country ties" stronger? Why they accept it? Is it because you applied for supervisa only or is there any other difference as well? like change in travel history or you show any dependent person of your mom in homecountry?
