you wont handle u Original Medical Test Reports, panel physicians will send it to LVO,

You can buy a file folder and some L-Shape page folder, Paste a sticker(has ur locked-in age and name) on folder where u keep all ur edu documents(if Original), and one for ur : Forms, PCC, Copy of Medical Test & fee receipts, Travel Documents, Relation proof, or other documents: Original Passport and 3 Photographs for Eeach member(Remember to write ur Date of Birth & Name on d backside of Photos ) ,

2. Visit to ur near VFS-Global Office and remember to have some xeroxs of ur Passports which u will have to give on counter so they can put ur details on their database on systems, submit these 2 folders to them with a fee of Rs1200, ur folders will be taken by them and put these in a Knapsack(is more like a black/brown schoolBag made of clothe)
then take a receipt back which has ur online Status Tracking No#.

CHC New Delhi (LVO) dont take documents directly coz mayb its hard to manage documents like dis ,so they opened few center from where they receive dese documents also it takes only 24hrs to deliver ur kit to main LVO in the correct Department so then u will receive a SMS that they got ur package or dox, VFS has many Branches in india

Yes they have courier service too, if u get ur visa on passport the vfs will contact & deliver this on ur address or u can visit at vfs center to get ur passports/package,

I've always used DTDC courier service to send docs, medical receipts, fee payment receipts, birth certificates, application kits, pcc's and passports. Next day before 12 noon delivery with complete tracking. Cost me far less than VFS. Delivery confirmed by the CHC seal. Addressed to the Immigration Section with file number on top.

hi..i hav an issue here..
Atthe time of lock in(may 2009)..dependent was 19.6 yrs old..
but in the GCMS notes it says type B(i) dependent..
shoudn't it be Type a ?????

I'm working on the new Parents Sponsorship forms, and am having problems with the Financial Evaluation form (IMM 5768 (12-2013) E).

Specifically, line 9 - Total income available to sponsor

It doesn't seem to automatically total my responses from Lines 16h and 19h, nor does it allow me to enter a number.

Anyone else having this problem?

If sponsor's birth certificate if not available, can passport copy (that contains name of both parents) be provided as proof of relationship?

You and your parents will have to make sworn affidavits notarised separately to make a sworn declaration that you are their child and they are your biological parents. Some of my friends attached their Indian passport photocopy of the last page where it talks about their parent's names. You can give some sort of property papers if you have any where it shows that they are your parents. Some people attached OCI booklet copies too if they have it. There are lots of different ways to prove it but again it all depends on the office in charge. Good luck!

There are a lot of settlement agencies in Mississauga and Brampton area. You can see a Settlement counsellor for free depending upon your status in the country if you are a citizen or an immigrant. They can guide you free of cost for the process.

Thanks for your reply. My parents are in Canada right now. Is there any way to make sworn affidavit in Canada? Also, can you refer me to few settlement agencies or a counseller as you mentioned?
