one of the family i know backhome got the visa on friday. they recived the call from ND that they are sending the doc and passport and told them that they have till jan 16 before their medical exp. and they recived the doc and passport on friday. the family have dep as well he is now 27 year old but not sure what was his age when they filled the appl i have asked my bro to get more info.

so ppl make sure the phone # you given to ND are right as well

My mom went to the one that is listed on their list. He was very strict but it was good to go to him. I think he is near Ghumar Mandi area. They were sending lots of people to go for several other tests as soon as they would know if that person had some sort of eye or heart condition. Tell your parents not to get nervous. It will all go fine. Confidence is the key. Good luck!

I think you must be positive with the above news Pari as your medical expiry is nearing and something like this is a possibility. Let us know more about this once your bro has more info.

As the two of you are doing your third post graduation, it won't be difficult for the officer to raise the point that you have been continuing studies only for the visa purposes. One suggestion I would make is to blame it on the economy in Canada. Your dad must tell the officer that you two have been researching on the best career opportunities in Canada and specially the province you intend to stay and have chosen to study further to make sure you two have all the necessary qualification, knowledge and experience to secure a decent job. This is not a very unique suggestion but is what came to my mind now. If I think of anything else, I will let you know.

When your dad is giving this explanation to the officer, you must ensure he has proper evidence to prove his words. What you can do is, on a piece of paper, write down your first post graduation major and a brief explanation showing that it is not in demand anymore. Then tell the officer that the second major is not useful as well as the demand in different industries have changed in a shorter time and a brief explanation and thus your third post graduation is what is in demand now and so you chose to continue studies. Write a list of some companies who currently wish to hire graduates like you both that may support your research.

Bt i thnk u snd it n different dates if m nt wrong.. If i snd my edu docs separately then should i snd da photocopy f dis too along with it??? One more thing wat abt dat sticker u pasted n ur envelope regarding age?? Plzzz telll

althoug if u dnt want..then also its fine..

Well yes you may send them along with Photocopies of ur Docs.
you wont handle u Original Medical Test Reports, panel physicians will send it to LVO,
1. You can buy a file folder and some L-Shape page folder, Paste a sticker(has ur locked-in age and name) on folder where u keep all ur edu documents(if Original), and one for ur : Forms, PCC, Copy of Medical Test & fee receipts, Travel Documents, Relation proof, or other documents: Original Passport and 3 Photographs for Eeach member(Remember to write ur Date of Birth & Name on d backside of Photos ) ,

2. Visit to ur near VFS-Global Office and remember to have some xeroxs of ur Passports which u will have to give on counter so they can put ur details on their database on systems, submit these 2 folders to them with a fee of Rs1200, ur folders will be taken by them and put these in a Knapsack(is more like a black/brown schoolBag made of clothe)
then take a receipt back which has ur online Status Tracking No#.
