There is some proof of the above in my case. May be same applies to PGP and Spouse. My ECAS changed to In-Process on 16th Dec. Same day I got a call from CIC asking me for a copy of PCC from Ireland where I lived for 4 years as they do not have it on the current file. And one of the forum members told me that FCU-DIS is decision stage but that doesn't seem to be the case as sidhu10's file is beyond FCU-DIS now and no decision has been made.

SO CAN U TELL ME WHICH FOUR YEARS U HAVE LIVED ??? BCS THEY REQUIRE PCC WHERE U HAVE LIVED FOR 6 MONTHS OR MORE DURING PAST 10 YEARS PRECEEDING APLICATION OF PERMENANT RECIDENCE???SO MY QUESTION IS WHICH FOUR YEARS U HAVE LIVED IN IRELAND THAT IS STARTING YEAR FROM ............... I lived in Ireland from 2008 to 2012. The person who rang me from CIC asked me to send it asap. I had already submitted PCC from Ireland to NDVO before. So I told him the same. He said it probably is on the old file and he doesn't have it on the new file. He asked me if I had a copy of it. I said yes. So he asked me to send a copy.

What I have noticed is that CIC is not following any sequence in processing applications. Applicants from 2009 have received visas. My case might be one of the oldest here filed in April 2007. It took me one year for the appeal process and after that it is now 14 months since my appeal was allowed and as you see, we are still here waiting.

Sir want to clear one more thing u have filed in 2007 and after that u were outside when u had done medicals and all procedure in new delhi , as uwere out side ???????????

My first medical was done in Ireland and about all paperwork, I used to fill and sign the forms and send it back to India and my father used to submit them all to New Delhi. I got my second medical done in India as I came back in 2012.

one of the family i know backhome got the visa on friday. they recived the call from ND that they are sending the doc and passport and told them that they have till jan 16 before their medical exp. and they recived the doc and passport on friday. the family have dep as well he is now 27 year old but not sure what was his age when they filled the appl i have asked my bro to get more info.

so ppl make sure the phone # you given to ND are right as well
