Today I checked my mother's status on e-case, it says decision made. Medicals were done in November 22, 2012 and the case is with CIC, New Delhi office. Can any one let me know how long it will take to get the passport stamped after decision made?

My sister had ordered GCMS notes more than a month before..
Fewdays back she recieved a CD that had scanned copies of all the documents that we have submitted.including medicals..
But she said there are no GCMS notes..
what could be the reason..??
Did smbdy else also had d same situation???pls help..

we too got cd ,as my sis hs clicked on cd option may be dats y we got cd,dnt wry go fr MP enquiry or order gcms note again

So strange, a week ago I sent the email to my MP with a request to check the status of my file and did not receive yet any reply from
him What should I do ? Should I call him or resend the email again ?

Yes she is here on Supervisa, they are going to send the passport back home. We have to collect from India personally / if someone comes from there. Thank you once again.

Does that mean your mother doesn't need to go back to India? Can she continue to stay here on supervisa and get the landing at the same time?

You can do landing in Canada, just flagpoling at the US border.
