Today I received a letter from CPC-Mississauga stated that my application was received by them, and is complete. Letter stated that the application is now in the processing que and will be processed based on the date that the application was rec'd. Is it what all of you call AOR? Next step will be sponsorship decision, right?

Next step is that the sponsor will receive a letter (by email or by letter) informing them of the decision on the "sponsorship application" which was submitted by the sponsor to CPC-M.

Once you get a positive decision, file will be transferred to local visa office and processing will continue there.

what do u think how much time will it take more its already been 40 months and we recived aor on 5 of november i wanted to know how much time will they take after AOR ? thanks

It all depends. For me its 48 months since I applied for the sponsorship. Now I received AOR. It all depends on the officer, and your luck

Real work starts when the file is transferred to LVO.

Today I checked my mother's status on e-case, it says decision made. Medicals were done in November 22, 2012 and the case is with CIC, New Delhi office. Can any one let me know how long it will take to get the passport stamped after decision made?

My case is of May 2008; file was transferred to New Delhi in May 2012 and In November Medicals were done.

Thank you JASU, I have read in the other forum, passport was dispatched 10 days after the decision made and was from Singapore. Best of luck.

one more question, when did you send the PCC? did they ask it again? I have sent my mother's one with the document requested letter to CPC. And my mother is here now in Canada. PCC certificate was collected from BD earlier this year. thank you for your time.
