Good news for Islamabad visa office......they started sending acknowledgment and additional information letters to applicants with dependants. Question .....Do we need to send all the documents which we have already sent (imm0008-IMM5669-IMM-5406....BIRTH CERTIFICATE-NIC-PASSPORT COPY....NIKAH NAMA....BAY FORM.....AFFIDAVIT) around 7 months before as a result of Nov 25 letter form CIC mississagua? Or we can just mention that these docuemntw ahs already een provided and there is no change in the status? An urgent response will be appreciated.

Great news !! Would you please share your timeline? When did you apply initially and when file was trasfer to ISBD ? Please check some user from ISBD in trackitt.com , might get some clue.

If the additional document requests asks for the documents then you may have to send it again. In case you had earlier provided original documents (PCC) etc, then include copies of these documents and mention in a covering letter that all these documents were included in the application sent to CPC-M. Keep in mind that you may have to get original documents again (pcc etc) - so initiate that process as well.

Your info in spread sheet is kind of incomplete.It's only upto AOR.So when was your application approved and transferred.How long it took LVO to send the letter?
Mostly people resubmitted and few just submitted the stuff like PCC which were not submitted at the first place and wrote letter that these forms are already submitted to Mississauga.

i though that status changes to In Process in about a month after Medicals received... but not sure... mine is still Application received...

My father's file show "medicals received" since July 4th, no status changed since then....

In CPP-O, a lot of applications have e-cas status 'Medical Results have been received' and these folks are waiting for their applications to enter next stage i.e. e-cas status to be changed to In-Process from Application Received.

If CPP-O has limited resources/officers and can only hand pick applications for further processing, who would be the lucky ones?
1. People who applied first i.e. initially in 2007-2008 - I guess NOT. As seniority has already been broken by CPC-M while sponsorship approval.
2. People whose applications were received by CPP-O first? That is, people who got approved in Jan-Feb 2012 and files moved to CPP-O.
3. People in the order of seniority of passing Medicals. That is, people who have seen e-cas status 'Medical Results have been received' first - I guess NOT.

Only point #2 above makes sense..... Any thought Guys????

i think it's a combination of #2 and #3
my understanding is that CPP-O does medicals frist and then starts security/criminality... so the status will not change into In Process until medicals are completed...
