Just spoke to CIC agent, she said once the file is in ND, she cannot see or check anything for and has to be from ND

However, 2 good news was:
1) If Meds for Visit visa were ( which my folks did ) are satisfactory then they wouldn't require another meds
2) Once ND approves visa and ask for Passport, they have to send passport to India, get stamped, call us and make an appt with Local officer to validate and/or to US and drive back. I will go to India or have relative take passport when time comes
 
Anyone know how the 2012 quota relates to Ottowa cases ?

That's not true. My mom completed the medical test (for Visitor Visa) three months prior to the medical request (immigration) from Ottawa. I contacted CIC and I was told my mom needed to complete medical again. Her medical test for visitor visa was satisfactory.

I am not sure if i understood your question right about how to show income for this period feb 2011-feb 2012? only thing i can suggest is mail them your paystubs or call cic and see if an agent provides you an emai id if so than you can scan and email your pay stubs to them as a proof of your income from 2011-2012.

I applied for my parents in Aug 2010 but when I go to the cic website, I dont even see this application listed using my client id. I had received a letter from Mississauga in 2010 itself indicating their receipt of their application of Family Class sponsorship but after that nothing. Is it the same situation for other 2010 or 2011 applicants?

I called CIC helpdesk and was told by an agent that they havent started processing the application(obviously) so does this mean that ecas wouldnt even show that application is received by CIC?

CIC are only processing applicants from Sept 2007 to Nov 2009 at the moment. You will need to wait for a request to send additional paperwork. So far I have not seen anyone from 2010 or 2011 get that request .

sorry my question is if i go with option c then i have enough income and if i go with that required period feb 2011 to feb 2012 then i have less income.so please wat i can do

I still want to clarify that can she sign her own affidavit for birth certificate or someone else who has witnessed her birth? She got this advice back home in India that a relative has to provide a affidavit on her behalf and same goes for the marriage certificate affidavit as well.

My father was the principle applicant.
