A quick question to those who can access ecas through their parents file # or UCI (especially those from local VO but others too)
Is that how it is supposed to be - the date I mean? Seems confusing as we only submitted the 'permanent residence' applications as part of the 90 day request package recently (not back in 2007).

Is the date they receive the file from Mississauga to local VO going to be reflected anywhere in the status eventually?

Ok, finally some update. I have dependent brother in my case along with parents.

Logged in eCas today and now there are 2 lines with Application Received. I guess they started working on the file.

i sponsor my family in 2009 and fulfill the requirement of LICO in 2008 and 2009, when i filed the sponsorship application i submitted the 2008 option C, now i received documents request it asked "submit the option C for the tax year i submit the original application which was 2009 and it was over LICO threshold but in 2010 its under LICO as I have a daughter born in 2010 and it could nt met LICO. My question is that should I only submit the 2009 which they asked or should i submit the 2010 too? i am afraid that 2010 not met LICO and i will be denied!!! Can someone please advise?

in my opinion just submit the one that they asked for it. Don't send the additional one.

I applied in 2007 and they asked for 2006 and 2007 option C. and I sent them those two.

for me I submitted 2006 when I applied but they sent a request and exactly ask for 2006 and 2007. So I submit 2006 again.

i have a question about photo that cic asked in addiontal document
should the photo be digital one or it has to have negative film i mean will cic accept the photo that is taken through digital camera and not the one that has negative or film
