Hi Browneagle i have never ordered gcms notes but i dont think there is anything to worry about cuz even in AOR they did not mention dependants....but have you receive medical request aswell from ND?

Guys I have a question if someone can help me out- who have dependents on their file and ordered GCMS..
Recently, I have ordered GCMS notes, but I was just confused to see they didn't provide my sibling's(dependent) information besides my parents documents as well as application details are there. Even they didn't assign a UCI to him, on the other hand both of my parents have their UCI's. And my file was transferred to ND LVO in June 2012 as case was approved in april 2012.

Just wondering whether I am sensing something bad......! Hope not..

In GCMS notes, dependents name should be there, just like "Mother" or "Father". Check, no. of potential visas = if the number is more than 2, then they know there are dependents on file ( I believe it's the first page )

You will get AOR between 20-25 date this month one thing i want to tell you when i got AOR it is in my bulk or spam folder.then after i save the e-mail address in my mail account

can you please provide e-mail id so i can add it, I am rep for my mother's file, I have provided my e-mail id but still they communicate thru snail mail (cant understand why), I again provided my e-mail id when they asked docs again, hope they will communicate thru email id now

hmm should not take more than 5 weeks..but idk for sure..
you should have used caipsnotes.com services,,i had got my gcms in less than a month with them via email..

No Cslave.. The ISB Lvo is pretty quiet.. Nobody heard from IsB Lvo as yet.. We are still waiting gor them to send us some mail :-\..

I think LVO ISB is slow because they have less resources and plus the supervisa might have an affect on that too. What you think Luck786 and hira.n? I am still waiting for 1st step to be clear i.e. Approval since end of July/2012.

Seems CPC-M has gone quiet, and we are not hearing much about more sponsorship approvals lately.
Only seems to be ND Visa office strong and fast activity only. Even Ottawa Pilot is gone quiet.

Are they done with the quota of approvals for 2012 already??

Worst part is that they gave such a broad 31-55 months processing time so that they don't have to reply to inquiries.

did you order electronic notes or a copy of the physical file? copy of the physical file might take longer to get...

you can write them an e-mail and ask what's going on with your request... (ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca ) or you can file a complaint http://www.oic-ci.gc.ca/eng/lc-cj-logde-complaint-deposer-plainte.aspx

i think electronic notes its been exactly one month im gonna wait till end of the month if i dont recieve it then will reorder online ...

i requested it for my parents... i sent by e-mail: Access to information request form (IMM 5563) + Authority to release personal information form signed by my parents (IMM 5475) + receipt that i paid $5 on-line... anybody present in Canada or canadial citizent can request it if he/she has a written consent from the individual to whom the personal information belongs...
