Question from Islamabad Visa office applicants: I received a family tree template from CHC Islamabad and need to know how to fill it. I believe the principal applicant will be the main person on it (block for "Family of") in section 3. In 2 section his father, mother, brothers ans sisters information will be provided. In section 1 his grandfather/gransmother information will be provided.

Section 4 is for his children. I am unable to find a place where to provide spouse information.....is it required?

On the second page there is a table requesting HOF-C,DEF, Family name, given name, DOB in 2 sections.....first section I believe is for HOF (Head Of Family....can some one confirm???) second is for spouse. Are these tables are required to be filled for all children of the Principal applicant? There is another section underneath which is asking for providing information for children's children and I believe this is for Grand children of principal applicant.

Thanks for help.

In Document update request from ISL asked us to fill this form but me and many others never received this form from them.So we didn't send anything regarding this form .Since it was missing and we couldn't find it online either.
But I think it is for Principle applicant. You can search it in trackitt forum .There is lot of info regarding this.

Thanks - update:

Received medical request and PCC request September 5th - Medical/X-Ray completed September 10th and PCC posted (we already had this ready). Doctor did mention that we will probably get a request for further test (respitory) as mum had TB 55 years ago and had section of lung removed.

Just to comment on different peoples timelines...I have a feeling that appications sent from 2007 onwards received notifications asking for further documents, at the time the letter stated that these must be produced within 3 months...and will be based on first come first served so to speak. So if your application is from 2007 and you sent docs back 2 months later, and another application from 2008 got docs sent back after 15 days...they are now earlier in the queue than the 2007?
Regarding your quote on "different people's timeline" it is important to note that some persons from 2007 and 2008 did not received "90 day Letter"(request to update info.) in November 2011 but rather at the end of March 2012 with the batch 2 clients, this was due to an error within CIC. OF course these sponsors ended up sending the requested information later than the persons that received letter back in NOv 2011 and CIC processing these too in the order received, how fair is that?

my father applied PCC in indian ambassy in england.he is british citizen.they said it will take 45 days.anyone who applied pcc in london,or same exeperence, how long it will take.

Acknowledgment letter dated Aug 23, 2012 received today, saying its complete and in the queue.
Now the wait for approval begins.
Any ideas how long that's taking these days.

Hi Canvis2006:

I got your personal message and tried to respond but my response did not seem to go through. So I will try to reply here. Yes, you are correct., it took approximately three months from the AOR letter to the request for medicals. All dates posted are the dates indicated on the correspondence received. I received e-mail for medicals sent to my e-mail as I am a representative. Congratulations on your AOR.

i believe that medical request came from the office that is working on your case now... so if e-mail address is OttPilot-Immigration - then it's in Ottawa...

Hi Shuga: yes, the e-mail is from CPP-O.

Hi there

received this email below from CIC last night, has anyone had the same email and know what it means? I am hoping that it shows that they have started processing, but it just seems to be an electronic AOR and I already received one in the mail back in May.

Hi Navv89,
We have the same time line for applying as I applied in October 2007. I submitted the additional documents in Feb 2012. However, I didn’t even get the sponsorship approved, very sad. 
At least your file has been transferred to LVO, which is a step ahead.
Just wondering, do you have any dependents in your application?

its clear that files without dependents are being processed faster than others :(

thats good to know. it means ND LVO is still keeping up with sending AORs within 2 months after transfer or files.
