Did you get any direction on this, I am in a similar situation, the principal applicant in my case is my mother and I could only provide Ration Card, OCI and Old passports. My PAN card has my fathers name jumbled and voter ID has one letter missing from my name
Hi,
I have sent my school certificates (high school and leaving certificate) along with Aadhar card, old passport and OCI. I have prepared letter of explanation. i did not have ration card so i did not send it.
Since you have ration card, OCI and old passport, i would advise add school certificates which shows name ( even if it is father name. just make sure, father name matches as per what you have provided in application). you can make Letter of explanation that, you have your father name every where.

I also sent almost same documents.

I was asked for the same “Proof of Relationship” documents yesterday. I followed the same approach as you and submitted everything last night. Let’s wait and see how long it takes to receive the AOR.

For ADR, is the preferred method of sending docs webform or email that they gave?

For email, do you get the acknowledgement reply that the docs are received?

I sent it via email and with in a minute I received 'Automatic reply' email.

Did you just put the XF application number alone in the subject, attach the docs and write nothing?
I included only the XF application number in the subject line, and in the email body I explained the details, the missing documents, and the spelling errors in the names.
