• Not applicable.

Final decision

• Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

One more point to be noted: It has the Biometric details. My parents gave their biometrics in 2023 and it is valid till 2033. It shows that info for both primary and dependent applicants.

FYI, I was able to link my application to GCKey using the temporary file number I received. I just removed the “X” from the file number and it worked. Please give it a try

Did you try to link after you submitted your additional documents? I tried to link, it did not work, i have not submit the additional documents yet

Hi,
I have received request for additional documents . They are asking for original birth certificate which I have already translated ,notarized from India. I have attached original and translated copy with notarized declaration. Did anyone receive similar request or if you can guide me what document they want ?

I received the same where I had submitted my original birth certificate along with certified translation. I'm not sure if they missed it but didn't realize it? In any case, I re-attached the same document and wrote a note in the email and sent it to them. Waiting for update.

I see.. I received the additional document request on November 3rd and I submitted the documents on same day. I created a GC account today and was able to link application successfully.

A) when does one get their AOR and PCC request? Is there a timeline?

B) what are the steps to link a GC account? Is it something that one gets once the AOR email comes through?

Hi, not a 2025 case but Final Decision shows:

Lates Update:
FINAL DECISION: November 5, 2025. Your application is in progress.

No letter or PPR yet. Call centre said a decision has been made but the officer will need to inform you. So she could see the notes but not tell me anything? Anyone else has had this happen?
