For London VO applicants who recently got IME and PCC and updated forms request - do we have to fill in information since 18 years of age OR just the last 10 years? While the forms say the latter, the email suggests providing information since age of 18 for Schedule A (Background) form.

Also, do forms IMM5406 (Additional Family) and Schedule A (background) need to be filled separately by both the applicant and spouse? @laxsun @robertp

Thanks!!
I went as per the forms i.e. 10 years.

Yes, separate forms (IMM5406 and IMM5669) for each applicants are needed. Many of us filled up only for ten years.

Biometrics and PCC requested on May 27. Sent to CPC Mex May 30.

Medicals were done on Dec 20, 2020 and received by CPC-Mississauga Dec 23. I had them done in advance as my mom's visa and passport had expired and she is in Canada. I sent a webform to CPC-Mexico requesting that they add the medical done for the visa extension to the PGP application on Jan 30 and it was acknowledged on Feb 3.
Back in February I have not received confirmation that they had accepted the December medicals but ECAS now shows it as "Medical results have been received."

Need inputs/help:
My parents sponsorship application, received on June 25, 2019, still at AOR stage and no movement.
My parents are in Canada on Visitor visa for last 1 year and I have applied for their extension, IRCC asked for medical which was done and accepted

Question:
My mothers visitor visa which is valid for 10 years, is expiring as well. Can we apply for Visitor Visa for her (not the extension) from within Canada or she has to return to home country to apply for same?
Thanks!

I requested for gcms notes since Ive not received update for my moms application. Do you what this means "This application has been reviewed by SPCL Advance Analytics and has passed eligibility for both sponsor and principal applicants."? It was updated only last May 4,2021. Do you think I will be receiving the COPR anytime soon? Thanks!

Looks good for you. Tracker is updated.
Is there date of medical results received. That may be available in MyCIC.
Was there any date of medical request?

Thanks for the MyCIC tip! It says:
Review of medical results
  • May 27, 2021 You passed the medical exam.

Medicals were never requested as I sent it in advance when I had them done to renew mom's visitor visa in Canada :)
