About 5-6 weeks ago, I sent a webform to update my parents residential address. Never heard back from IRCC.
I mentioned that only residential address is changed, and provided the new residential address. And mentioned that the mailing address remains same (the one from Canada being myself a rep).
Today i checked ecas for PA, now it shows 2 blocks there, left upper block with home address of PA (which they did not change to new one, still showing old address), and a right side new box is added, which says your current mailing address, and it shows the Canadian address.

Application in process since Aug 08. Received date May 10th.

Medical done for dad ( August 20 in Philippines)
August 28- medical results passed
Biometric done for dad August 28 in Philippines ( reflected in my CIC acct)
