HELP HELP HELP.......PLEASE.....reply me if anyone knows this situation.

When I applied my mother was in India. now they send request for biometric. She just came to Canada last month.
they said if you are in visitor visa you can not do biometric From Inside Canada or POE. neither USA because only legal status in USA can do biometric from there. (My mother has visitor visa though).

I called customer service they said you have to send her back home only.

Please help help help.

I copy and paste letter so you may be get better idea. (Still I'm thinking for fingerprint whats the difference if she does from India or Canada. fingerprint will be same)

This letter refers to your application to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for one of the

following documents to come to or remain in Canada:

• temporary resident permit;

• work permit;

• study permit;

• temporary resident visa;

• visitor record;

• permanent resident application; or

• permanent resident card renewal.

Under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and its Regulations, you are required to have your

fingerprints scanned and your photograph taken (your biometrics) at a biometric collection service point to help

Visa Officers determine if you may enter or stay in Canada. Most applicants will need to give their biometrics at

a biometric collection service point abroad before they travel to Canada.

Only those who are eligible to apply for a work permit or a study permit at a designated port of entry can give

their biometrics upon arrival in Canada.

Note: If you received this letter you must give your biometrics before coming to Canada and are not

eligible to have your fingerprints and photograph taken at a Canadian port of entry. If you are already

in Canada, you will have to leave the country to provide your biometrics.

Why is IRCC collecting my fingerprints and photograph?

Your biometric information will be used under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and its

Regulations to determine if you may enter or stay in Canada. Your fingerprints may also be shared with law

enforcement agencies in Canada and may be used for the enforcement of any Canadian or provincial law. For

more information about why the Government of Canada collects biometrics, how it uses your information and

how it protects your privacy, please visit:

You cannot do medical upfront. The doctor will need the barcode from the letter.
@zeiesfirdaus @robertp Thank you guys !!!! We are planning to travel and not sure how long NDVO will take to send medical request :( CIC Mississauga is more predictive based on tracker timeline

Hi all,
quite a paranoid question. So I apologize in advance.
IMM5669 that was requested with hand written signature, does it have to contain electronic signature as well or do I just get mom to sign it by hand?
On the positive note I was a May 31 applicant which means that they are moving along with reviewing the last week of May.

@robertp - Please update row 367 citi4raj

Additional document request IMM5669 (hand written signature needed) on August 27th 2019

Details of the additional request :
IMM 5669 (for Principal Applicant): The Schedule A (IMM 5669) is missing a handwritten signature. Although the current form states that an electronic signature is acceptable, due to legislation changes as of May 22nd, 2018, a handwritten signature is
required for this form. Please provide a newly completed Schedule A (IMM5669) and ensure that you sign the form by hand once printed.

Hi @YULIA-2016 and @robertp
Please update tracker #196 - LVO office Vienna

My father is in Canada with me, do you think I can request to move the file to Mississagua? I don't want him to fly across the world to do medical. Or can I do medical here even if LVO office is somewhere else?
