Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2019

I am in the same boat. The ECAS says " we sent you a letter on July 17, 2019. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us." Still i haven't received anything from them. I have called them and the agent said that she doesn't see any letter in the file. not sure what to do at this time.

OMG, after someone suggested to call I tried calling (yesterday 3pm) but the lines were too busy and they hang up on me O.O

when Linking application the family members count is:-

Sponsor + if Co-signer + PA + Dependent - kids
If you dont have co- signer you members will be 4,
If you have co-signer then it will be 5

still having a hard time linking the paper application on mycic...
i received the letter (via e-mail) saying app was accepted on the 2019 intake - not my mom - even though i did not send in the use of representative form.

ecas is available for both mine and her uci #

tried using the app # with her info (her last name and marital status) and my info - no luck.
tried uci number plus her/my info - nothing
family size 2 (myself and her - hubby isn't co-signing)

wt# am i missing?

Try her info + passport + unit #

If it still doesn't work, call IRCC for technical support. There has been glitches when ppl couldnt link and agent was able to fix.

2)Proof of Special Benefits Income from Human Resources and Skill Development Canada

Do any body knows how I can obtain the second one.

I have no Idea where I can get that.

Try selecting "UCI and family name."
Use PA's UCI, family name, passport info, marital status.
It worked for me

Hey guys, Quick Question: What is the significance of LVO ? let's say if LVO is Mississauga then does the applicant need to send the passport to Mississauga for visa stamping when PPR comes?
