Hello all, I received the BIO request yesterday. I am trying to schedule an appointment (Bengaluru VFS, India).
What appointment category we select to schedule appointment. 1. Application submission with bio metric 2. Bio-metric enrollment .

Hi. I received AOR too. Does your AOR has names of dependent or only the name of principal applicant?

AOR includes only name of principal applicant.
FYI - when I open ECAS, and click on "Application Received" that shows under "Sponsorship Application Status", it lists the principal applicant and dependent name.

Is it necessary to get biometric status on gckey as "completed"? I've provided my biometrics and still no update on gckey. It still shows "We need your fingerprints to process your application. Check your messages below for details.

It should show the date when the bio done in the same day. Few reported delay about this update

Where did your parents completed Biometrics?
Like in my case it was done in Toronto..so we have the bio number but in docs details still says we need your fingerprints!
I called CiC - was advised it will be updated ...so far 2 weeks gone still shows fingerprints needed.
So I am going to leave at that ...and wait .

Thank you!! I can’t remember exactly but it’s the next day after we received the request. Sorry i’m on vacay and on mobile so it’s a bit hard to access tracker to check back on the exact date.

@gayfish, what is mailing address that you have send the hard copy documents?

I sent to Singapore office address. I’m on vacay and on mobile so it’s a bit hard to get you the exact address but it’s the one on footnote of every letters we receive from them in mycic. Hope it helps!
