Sep 2018 applicant here. LVO.
Medicals done, PCC uploaded Feb 2020.
Remedicals done March 8 2021.
Remedicals accepted March 15 2021.
Decision made on ECAS march 15, 2021.


On IRCC web portal it says:
-We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
-March 15, 2021 You passed the medical exam.
-February 4, 2020 We are reviewing the additional documents you provided.
-You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
-We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
-We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information.
-Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

On ECAS it says DECISION MADE.

Why is there discrepancy? What are the next steps? When can we expect them?

Take it it easy!
it may take 2-4 weeks after decision made for PPR. It should be good.

So my Dad got the medical request but my mom didn't. I got an email with pdf attached to it and that pdf only has my dad information.
Kind of confused what happened here. Is there going to be separate email coming anytime soon or CIC made a mistake?

I got for both on the same day...but some of my friends got in a week difference

I am October 2018 applicant. Still waiting after medical done in June 2019. No updates.
I just come to know so many applicants of 2019 got PR and I am a 2018 applicant. Is it normal??? it is more than 28 months now...
Please guide me.

Hi, my PR application has been ongoing since May 2018 and today I receive an email from IRCC about the instructions to send in my passport and photos.

1. Does this mean that my PR application is approved?
2. It states that if the principal applicant and/or its dependents is/are in Canada currently, they don't have to send in their passport as they will do the virtual landing. What does this mean and how does it work?
3. I currently have a study permit and wonder what will happen to it if (1) and/or (2) is true
4. What are my next steps if (2) does indeed happen and I completed it before the principal applicant?
5. What happens if the principal applicant is outside Canada while the child dependent is in Canada?
6. Can I still travel overseas while waiting for the virtual landing? Or do I have to wait for further instructions?
7. How long does it take to receive COPR and PR card after the virtual landing

My mum is the principal applicant of this PGP program who is sponsored by my brother and I am the child dependent
