I think for citizen sponsors they are forwarding it to Ottawa.For PR holder sponsors they are sending it to local VO.It is only my assumption.My parents are from Bangladesh.They have never came to Canada.I am a citizen and my files have been transferred to Ottawa.

Im a Canadian Citizen too. But they sent my Dad’s application to Manila Visa Office

I sponsored my mother and received a request to submit Death Certificate of my father. Can I upload online via Case Specific Enquiry Web Form? Options on the request letter indicate to mail it or send it via fax.

My Mom (Principal Applicant) is in Canada on super visa and as per SA letter application sent to London visa office. Updated SS - row 45

Oh i dont think u provide pcc till you live in that place for at least 6 months to one year

The 6 month stipulation is cumulative, not just consecutive. I've confirmed this with IRCC over the phone, as well as a few applicants who applied in 2016/2017.

For linking your application with MyCIC, I had put family size number as sponsor family excluding baby/ kid and then add principal applicant and dependent. It worked for me!
