Sent PCC to LVO by email last night and got passport request email this morning !

What is your LVO and what email address did you send this to? That is quiet fast response but maybe PCC wasn't needed and you were in queue as a coincidence.

I don't think so for Quebec residents as the process is a little bit different

It's not an issue most likely. It's just a background check for criminality...but it is related to Applicant. Sponsor, once found eligible to sponsor, doesn't have a criminality check unless they go to jail or something in which case I think the whole application cancels.

It means they have NOT started your background check yet. You are in queue...
