Looks like CPC Ottawa is not processing inland PR applications. Gave biometrics in oct 1st week and still criminality in progress and rest all passed. Its been more than 2 months post biometrics. No one touched file since july. @legalfalcon is this normal and are they working?

I think. Majority of Applicants who VO is OTTAWA are stuck.

I got first update on medical on 9th of nov 2020 exactly after a year our medical last year and status changed from "you passed medical exam" to" you don't need a medical and we will send you a message if it changes" and
Now on 8th of December it changed to "December 8,2020 you passed the medical exam."

I think the medical might have been extended. Not sure just an assumption

It means your medicals have been extended by the regional medical officer. An officer is supposed to check the passport validity and medical validity before the PPR mail is triggered. you should be receiving PPR any day now. All the best.
