Sent my application on 23rd June and got a reply today i.e. 26th June stating that my application will be reviewed in August 2013.

Somebody confirmed she mentioned in a mail to him that they are mostly looking for people with skills in manufacturing/production engineering, but i believe other skills will be considered too.
what ever it is, you are not paying for applying so give it a shot!

The bank statement is not a requirement during the initial application, but you can also send it if you like. But you should send a copy of your IELTS result and your updated resume.
