I'm in stage of collecting documents. Anyone who has been in Saudi Arabia before? My husband worked there for 10+ years and CIC site states that there's no need for PCC if you're non resident. My husband came here in Canada in 2013 and has a copy of old KSA PCC which i believe was only valid for a year.Should I just include LOE or get a notarized affidavit ? Anybody on the same boat?
Thanks!

hey there,
i live in saudi arabia, a PCC is valid indefinately once its issued and you left that country and never went back.

as in your case as you mentioned your husband left Saudi, it shall be ok to use the same PCC.

hope that helps
+1 if it did

Dear All,

I am in a fix here.. I have the IQAS report and WES does not do ECA for my qualification. So my question is...

If anyone can confirm to have used the IQAS ECA report for OOPNP/OINP....

Thanks All.....

VaibhavN - Here is the link to substantiate claim made above:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp

Mandatory documents for all applicants
The following documents are mandatory and must be provided by all applicants.
Applications that do not contain the following documents will be rejected as incomplete, and fees will be refunded accordingly.

Medical examination confirmation

Purpose

To assess the health of the applicant and their family members

Document requirements

The medical examination confirmation is required up front at the time of the application and must be valid for a minimum of six months.
The applicant must include the immigration medical examination (IME) number in their e-APR.
The applicant must provide a copy of either the information printout sheet or the Upfront Medical Report form [IMM 1017B (PDF, 453 KB)] (available internally only), whichever the panel physician provides upon completion of the medical examination.

Exceptions are made only in rare circumstances that are outside of the client’s control (e.g., cancellation of the appointment by the panel physician at the last minute without time to reschedule).

In exceptional circumstances, IRCC may accept
proof that a medical appointment is scheduled; or
a letter of explanation of best efforts.
However, these are not a guarantee of acceptance.

Individuals who must submit this documentation

The principal applicant
Their spouse or common-law partner
Their dependent children, including non-accompanying

Hope this clarifies that you should not submit your application until you are done with Medicals.

PPR - Feb 25

Yayyyy! Congrats And all the very best for the future!

Hi Guys,

I was going through the OINP post nomination spreadsheet. CIC is asking for schedule 4/4A from most of the applicants (sometimes after 4 weeks of AOR).

Schedule 4A does not apply to me as i am not a business nominee but should i send Schedule 4 upfront as this might cut short few days from processing.

If yes, thn where should i upload this form (under which section of eAPR)?

Happy to report that I got my PPR yesterday! After being invited, I sent my application online November-17-2015 and got my PPR letter request asking for my passport February-25-2016. Congrats to everyone and for everyone else waiting, just hang in there. Will be praying for us all!

My wife and I used IQAS ECA report to get her degree assessed. As long you use one of the institutions prescribed by CIC you should be good to go.

No need as your profile is locked and you cannot change the data entered in it.
