OOPNP - Has Cap for this year reached??

Hi,

I am eligible for both CEC and FSW with 422 points.

Just thinking of deleting and recreating the profile which might make me eligible for OOPNP.

I went through many posts in this forum but could not find out if the cap for current year has been reached.

can anyone please help. If its reached, can i still go ahead and create it...

They're still sending out notification of interest letters. You could recreate your profile but remember that not every eligible applicant is sent a letter of interest.
