Actually it used to be 90 days, but was changed to 60 days later.
I received an ITA in 2017 (and had 90 days to apply) but my plans changed and I didn't end up applying at that time.

Use VPN application and try to select Western European countries until you can login. That's what I always used to connect everytime it show "run time error"
My application status got updated a couple of days ago too

Oh so I changed my nice code from 2173 to 2174 shortly before the NOI which changed my score to zero.
I had to open a new profile.
I got an email saying my details does not match details on their system.
Was asked to submit letter from ircc indicating details of my expeess entry profile created.

I submitted on 3/29 and my status hasn't changed either. From what I have seen, it has changed so far for apps submitted earlier in March, I think we still need to wait for 15-20 days.
