Did anyone get NOI yesterday

On OINP HCP main thread someone with ITC NOC code 2174 received NOI yesterday with CRS 424. So Ontario might be picking IT specific profiles (most likely) or would have lowers the cutoff for NOI. I have NOC 2172 with CRS 424 but yet to get NOI. Ontario usually takes 2-4 days to send NOI’s before update is made to Ontario web page declaring results.

Do any one know whether OINP will issue NOI , if we put "0" funds in Express entry profile. Valid profile under CEC category (0 funds was sufficent meet CEC). And on online submission to OINP I can submit pay stubs and last 6 month bank . statements which is enough for online submission. but the question whether they will issue NOI, as per their profile pulling criteria - they include funds?

ur express entry profile will not accept 0 funds even if you are qualified under cec stream. so put the required fund for ypur family size in the express entry profile. and for submission you can include pay stubs, T4 and NOA. those will suffice

Hi ,I submitted my express entry profile in October 2017 and recently I could improve my score to 438. I happened to see some NOIs awarded were for EE submitted between 1 Jan to 28 March. So, am I out of contention for next call since I submitted profile last year?
Should I make a new profile and submit again?

Yes, you should withdraw your current profile and create another one.
