From the same site, you need to start an application to get the number and pin.

Do you start the application from this link www dot one-key.gov.on.ca/iaalogin/IAALogin.jsp?REDID=OINP ? I keep getting "service unavailable". And if I just log into one-key account, I dont see any link to start a new application. Can you tell me which link you clicked to start application? Thanks!

There will be a link on the left hand side of the page "Don't have a ONe-key ID? Sign up now!". Click that and follow the steps.

Thank you for your response. but that is for One key Id. it seems not the "Enrollment Number" as required. Do you have more clue please?
