Hi all,
today I received my ATIP notes that I requested a month ago , and it is mentioning that my file is on hold due to QA process , it has been on hold for almost a year now , Can someone tell me what is going on , what is the issue with the QA process , what are they checking against ?

Be patient my dear we all went through that. It will pass.

Alhamdolillah, I got the passport request today from ADVO. This is exactly one month after my application status changed back to In Process from Application Received and two weeks after I completed my medical.

As I am in Toronto, can anyone please let me know to which office should I send the passports?

You must have received some instructions along with your passport request like the one below

Submitting Your Package
A) To submit your package to the Visa Application Centre (VAC) in your Visa Office(ADVO in ur case):
Please visit the VAC website for details on how to submit your package for secure transmission and for issuance of the permanent resident visa(s).

B) Submitting your passport(s) in Canada (CPC-O):
If you and all the accompanying dependents on your application are currently in Canada and plan to be in Canada for at least three months, you may submit your passport(s) to the Case Processing Centre – Ottawa (“CPC-O”). You are required to send your passport(s) together along with a copy of this correspondence by mail or courier

I got a mail from delhi high commission that . my case had been closed and i was refused.
As Ontario had withdrawal the nomination certificate

No, it does not mention the CPC-O option. I sent an email to ADVO asking that can I send passports to CPC-O and am waiting for their reply.

Yes I had done medical in October 2013. After that they return the passport in April 2014 and that QA process started I had 2 +2 bachelor and 2 master degree. Got a email in January 2015 objection about education send WES assessment in which my master degree is equal to 4 year bachelor degree still got rejected. I got mail from Delhi embassy

and did not use that work permit

think that you should email the embassy and update the WES Report and try to satisfy them

that your education have no issue and more over say them that even some other guy who have

the same objection got their PR .

at least email them or if possible , take an appointment and talk with them .

its not fair to reject at this stage .

This is scary ..so what is the education requirement ..I have 4year bachelore degree and more than 10 yeas of experience under NOC 2173 ..and I am in canada since a year and a half and working under the same NOC ..what is the education requirements ..?please advise

When I should be expecting an update after Police Certificate requested? Also, I have just moved to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on job and my family will move to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 2 month time. When I should be informing CIC regarding this relocation as I am still in process of finding residence?
