Hey Folks,

I have a question. Did you pay your RPRF fees along with applicant or do we have to wait for them to ask us to pay the fees?

Hi kia99,

I was not asked to pay my RPRF, but I have paid RPRF to my representative recently. They have purchased draft on behalf of me and hopefully they already sent it to CIO/VO this week.

We don't need to wait until they ask us to pay. We can pay upfront.

Can this online payment of RPRF done by outside Canada applicants ?

And can I do the payment now ? in my case I have not yet done Medicals as awaiting the same from NDVO

NDVO seems to be struggling clearing backlog applications !!!!!!!!!!!!!

As it seems to be no progress for any of the PNP applicants after AOR.

Has anyone applied for Work permit in NDVO and got sanctioned ?

Today , I checked with the bank, it seems the didn't encash my draft check.

Giving that My application recived by CIO office on 11 Dec 2012

and My certifcation will expire on 4th March 2013.

it seems i'm going to resubmite my application again ASAP, and i'll not wait untill i get my old one though regular mail.

do i have to submite PCCs in that application, or i can send them later ?

any suggestions.....?

In case if they return you, it will have complete application kit inculding original Draft , PCC etc.

If you are planning to resend then you have to send complete payment again. I think PCC is optional so you may ignore. Please make sure to download latest forms, they have modified few forms.

If possible try to check with local Post Office, they might have any returned application.

You are likely to get it on Feb5. My advise wait till then and contact them on Feb 6.

Thanks prince. As I've not received my AOR yet, I tried to call on the above no. But agent said they do not have any information about the applications sent to Sydney. Does anyone know of an email address I can contact on? Or is there any other number? Has anyone got any information from the above no. as in my case they said they do not have any information.

We have a new born. I am unable to determine which form(s) to send to my VO. As per AoR, I was advised to send any changes and/or future correspondence to my VO. Though the updates may differ, what forms should one use generally and is it necessary to pay application fee for the young one?

FSW one that was moved to "Deceion made" is scrapped I believe. Since long i was not able to use the old file number for accessing E-case

but even for the new application I tried several times , although o checked it 3 or 4 times before and it was showing "Application Received" ,but now it shows nothing , I will try again within few days ,may be there is an issue with the database

do you know about the old application fees refund ? did you submit the application of fees refund ? and what is the expected time frame for refunding the money after submiting the application ?
and one last question , is it true that money will not be refunded unless submitting this application ? because I thought it is an automatic procedure ,once the application is closed the money is refunded !
