It has been a while since last time i checked this forum , I am reading some post about the old application fees refund , and a form that should be filled , do you know where should we sent it ?, please clarify if you have any information

After receiving OOPNP certificate, I send my PR application to Centralized Intake Office on December, DHL indicates that it has been delivered on December 11th, 2012.
Till now I didn’t get AOR, and I don’t know the status of my application.
My questions:
1- When I can expect the AOR?
2- If my application returned due to missing document or insufficient payment how do know?
3- In case I want to resubmit my application do I need to renew or extend my OOPNP certificate since it would be expired on March 4th, 2013?
4- Should I resubmit a new application without waiting CIO response again before the expiry of my OOPNP certificate?
5- Do any one know the how I can contact Centralized Intake Office by phone since I send them an email but I didn’t get any response?

What about the payment? it enchased or not? if its not then little alarming.

Similar scenario happened to me, I didn’t include proper payment, so they returned complete application kit on 2-Dec-2012, but I only received on 28-Jan-2013 (almost after 2 months). Now again on 31-Jan I sent complete application with only payment receipt.

no need for PCC for now, will resubmite them when VO request them.

As it is mentioned in the application check list.

I did the same mistake, attached copy of old FSW payment, and they returned complete application kit (with normal post) with the reason that they need original receipt. Therefore to avoid any further complication, I paid 100% fee once again (online) and send complete application kit.
