I am planning to complete the landing formalities at Niagra POE next month. I am not sure if I can apply for SIN or Healthcard there. I have seen people applying from Calgary or Toronto but not from Niagra POE. Where did you apply for SIN and healthcard?

Dear I had applied my SIN card in Brampton ..... as for information You can apply SIN any where in Canada but regarding Healthcard , You have to apply in your province only and it will be applicable after 90 days .

Hi,

Could any one help me out.

I did my landing on 15th July..and during my landing IO did not ask for 'PR Card Application Form' to be filled and she mentioned PR cards will be sent to the address( i did not provided at the time of landing, called the number 888-232-2100 and updated the address later)within 6weeks and even though i asked to take photos, she did not take, she told photos are fine.
Is it going to be any problem?

No restrictions to go to any Doctor as long as he/she is on CIC designated list.

In Medical request CIC would have provided you with a detailed list of documents to be carried with you. Just follow that list
precisely.

DMP - Man Chiu Wong in Chinatown NYC is good. His office takes cash only. When I did mine, he charged 210 for an adult and you can also get the fedex no to track your package a week after completing the medicals.

Hi friends,
I received my landing papers and my date of birth was incorrect and I sent an email to CIC and they asked me to send the docs again.I sent the docs on 18th July and they received them on 19th July 2011 I also sent with USPS Express mail return envelope.Does anybody know how long will it take to get those docs back?
