Hello Friends,

Just to cheer you up, few words on our situation....

Without a single PPR in sight, for a fortnight
the clouds of uncertainity are looming in the air
with apprehensions at acme, confusions are compounded
Yet we the aspirant immigrants having nothing to say
but to keep our undying hope alive everyday.

Without any updates on the processing timelines
CIC is unleashing uncertainity through silence
thus brewing storms of despair in our hearts
Yet we the aspirant immigrants having nothing to say
but to wait for the opportunity to unfold in its own way

With no waves of PPR in sight, patience is the sole ownership of july medical folks
as the lucky few who crossed the rainbow bridge are busy adorning their maple leaves
the newbie's however have adjourned their dawn to the next season
Yet we the aspirant immigrants having nothing to say
but to share our feelings on the forum everyday.

Have fun and keep the spirits high....
Good Luck!!

Hello Avalap,

Wish I had those writing skills, I would be writing a book while waiting for PR. We are in same boat.

Hi, i am candidate for H1b AINP and my medical records are currently in Process at buffalo.

my question is, in the coming days, if i get US green card, is it required to inform AINP on my change of status (h1b -> GC) or its not needed.

i think we need to maintain h1b till nomination letter is received. after that we can have any status and they dont care. what you guys suggest ?

I got a letter from cic saying that they received my medical results, need to pay the RPRF fee, and that i need to provide new updated fbi clearance for me and my spouse, i have 120 days to provide them....
The hassle starts again, where i have to request new FBI clearance... my FBI prints were rejected 3 times before, i dont know what to do.

Hello Bibo, What is the timeline of your FBI certificate? Was your FBI certificate issued more than a year back?
