Update:
We did our medicals on Friday June 18th. It cost us $210 per person. We got it done through Dr
Man-Chiu Wong in NYC.

Today we received a letter saying we need to send in our Police and FBI Clearance. My attorney already sent in my FBI & police and my wife's Police. We never requested a FBI for her since she was in the country for less than a few weeks at that time. They need these documents within 90 days but not sure if i will be able to get the FBI certi for her within that time frame.

Another question i have is that my wife does not have a Social Security Number and the FBI Request form has a field for that. Any idea what to put in there? Do they process without SS Num? Please advise.

Hello,
In my AOR, there is a section called Dependants ( You must advise us of all of your Dependants, including children who do not live with you and children who will not accompany you to Canada. Failure to do so my prevent your admission to Canada.
My question is: Is it required to send them a letter to certifies that i don't have children? I've already sent them this information with my initial applicant to CIC.

Thank you!
