Hi Friends!
Today I landed to Rainbow bridge.. Officer was not that great!! No greeting nothing.. just plain face n full of doubt, I see all other IO were so nice n cracking jokes, even the one who allowed me in side, came to my vehicle and checked my documents they all were great but the one who interviewed was really not in good mood.!! :) anyway to make story sort, he didnt give me PR Card and instead gave a letter that I have to fax\mail to CIC for getting PR when I actually move..
Do I really need to move and get it or can fax \ change it online? thanks for help as always..
-- so be careful provincial nominee do not land to other province! :)

You said you got the PPR from Buffalo by regular mail... do you mean USPS or email. I am asking because all of the applicants are getting their PPR from Buffalo in emails.

We landed in Alberta a few months ago. There was an issue with our photos. It is now resloved. Our PR cards have finally arrived. I have a few questions for senior forum members:

(1) As this was going on, I have not sent any PN Status update. Now or before. For the PN Status Update, do I need to explain in a cover letter why there was a delay in sending the PN Status update to them?

(2) Are we in in trouble with AINP that it has been so long? Or is this a formality?

(3) Has anyone been contacted by AINP about PN Status update or any infomartion they sent in on this update? The nomination letter says we need to keep them informed. But, I want to make sure that we are not bringing upon ourselves any more questions from them.

Thanks!
