Hi Sti,
Please read my post above, I was in the same boat. but assuming i passed the test..as doctor did not called me for further test....and sent the report.
Just fyi ..my A1C before 1 month was 8.6 and i did lots of excersie did not eat carb...and dramaticaly it came down to 7.4 thats supposed to be a ok number...
only thing that sugar should not be that high that they can detect in urine they did blood test but i think only for syphlis...

My lawyer called me that they got my AOR thing by mail from Buffalo.

Here is my time line.
sent application on April 14/2010
check encashed on June 04/2010
Got AOR on Aug 17/2010

I hope everybody gets AOR soon.

And, I have some questions.
Actually I have diabetes. But doctor told me I don't have to take medicine. But I have to do excersize and I have to be careful about food. So, is it going to be a problem to pass the medical exam? and when I go to hospital to get medical exam, do I have to tell them that I have diabetes?
please please give me some advise.

More the merrier , we can definetly chalk out common strategies for jobs etc once the AOR,RPRF stuff is taken care of .

I was in Sacramento and I had to use Thomas Stern - It worked for me. I was travelling on a commissioning project and was in Stockton, CA then

HI ,
I recieved my AOR and Medical on March 10th and did my medicals and sent back on April 6th.
I didn't get any update after that.Only Update in E-cas was last week - They displayed My mailing address and mentioned if there is change in address , contact us.
Does any one in same stage or came across same stage and when they received the Passport request after this kind of address update????
Please let me know , I am getting more frustated and nervous....Since it has been almost 5 months

Usually PPR takes 1-2 months after medicals reach Ottawa.

If it goes beyond that u were unlucky and u r case might be picked for further background check by the canadian intelligence agency and that may take 3-6 months.

Hi ans,

I went to Ava kufman, Bethesda. They are really good . I think I paid 375$ per person. They sent my medicals ottawa and reached on 13th Aug .

I am thinking to send RPRF soon .Not sure that I need to take for my kids also( one 6 years old other is 3 years old)
