Hello All I did apply for super visa for my father, his old visa just expired last month, my application was submitted online on May,14 June 1 undated that passed medical exam, tell today I’m still didn’t get any updates and when I check the processing time it shows me 56 days how ever is that mean for online or for paper application, it has been over 57 days now and I’m planing to contact them but not sure what to say exactly and not sure the location where is the application is being processed. Any suggestions or help ? Thanks
