My mother is on a super visa which expired but she still has two years of stay left (counting 5 yrs from 2023). I want to re-apply for a new super visa and want to do so online and once i hear from the embassy, she can return to our home country and complete the process. I read Super visa can only be applied from outside Canada. Would there be an issue with my approach? and also officially nothing is guaranteed but if sponsors income, citizenship etc. all is in order is there any probability of a decline? Thanks in advance
