its more than 15L / annum. I don't think this is the issue. One can be family ties, hence they refused my child visa. Other can be he is just 5 months old. Anyways have you got your passport. you need to go to bluedart office to collect.

Your job or your income source also your family tie. That's y u come back to your home country.

Did you request to reopen that application?

Yes, sent an email to CIC (Ottawa and New Delhi) to reopen by providing additional documents which supported the grounds for returning back to India.

Yes 1st time refusal, I sent an email to CIC (Ottawa and New Delhi) to reopen by providing additional documents which supported the grounds for returning back to India.
Did not reapply.
If appeal here means challenging the decision legally- then no
If appeal means a request to reconsider- then yes

I got 2 " visa acknowledgement letter" emails from cpc ndvo saying application is in process. Got one on July 19 and July 20.
Visa got refused on July 17.
Is it normal ? What does this mean. ? Bryanna please help. Thanks
