I am here again asking some advice. Do you think going to MP can help the applicant for some reasons like the family is being humiliated in the society. I am talking about Philippine issue now. Our son is so affected with other kids. He wants to stop study now because of this problem. So stress about the situation..

my Ecase Status show is in process , but when i click IN PROCESS there are two lines

1. We received your application for PR on 21 Sept 2015
2. We started process your application for PR on 23 Dec 2015.

I didn't get AOR /UCI received. However, I can access my ecas by payment slip no. I'm an outland applicant. I'm bit worried as why CIC has not sent me AOR, however most applicants are receiving AOR on sane date when the status shows, we started process your application.

What line will be added next ?

We received copr on Monday. I am in the Dominican Republic right now to get everything sent. First they would not send the passport to Mexico, and wouldn't let us prepay the envelope back... We had to drive to the city where they finally allowed us to send the passport, and now I think our pictures were wrong, not sure if they will send the package back or make us redo it??


Does anybody know how long it takes to get the passport back? It arrived at the office today.

MP cannot speed up immigration process or influenced the decision making of your file. They only make request to CIC on behalf of applicants.

alxbux I have no idea what to tell you since it is an internal issue within Case Processing Centre. Just be patient

Passport may come back in 4-6 weeks Mrschino hang in there.

My medical is expiring next month. what will be the next procedure and when I'll get my re-medical and PPR? Any kinds of advise is hugely appreciated. Thanks in adv.

Hello Sonysda- I know the feeling.

I am not an expert on this but I would like to try and help.

I am almost positive that CIC makes a relative eligible for Sponsorship under Family Class if they meet certain requirements. I did a bit of research on CIC which I am sure you have probably come across as well. If not, let me know.

Also, I am an applicant in Dubai. My Mrs is sponsoring me from Canada, using a Consulting Firm who are well versed with Immigration Requirements and Eligibility. If you would like, I can check with them as well.

May I start by asking where is your sister currently located?

At the time you applied, what was the Process Times at your VO? I believe SVO is Singapore. If your process time as ended from the time calculated when you applied, then you can follow up with CIC to let them know that your application has past due date.

Regarding your Medical, there is a chance CIC will have a decision in place for you before the Medical Expires but if not, they will contact you themselves if they require you to redo the Medical.

Can anyone experienced in this forum clarify this for love ao?

Thanks for your quick response. Yes SVO is Singapore visa office. At the time i applied in September 2015 the total processing time was 27 month. I am worried because i saw many Bangladeshi applicant got their visa between 5-6 months.
