There are too many new cases of Covid-19 in Ontario. Many regions are now classified as red zones. This might be one of the reasons for the delay.

As far as I am aware, you need to keep track of the dates when the status changes.
Previous trend was 2 weeks from DIP to Nomination. But mine is in DIP for 3 weeks now

I have recently submitted my application under OINP tech draw (15 Oct 2020).
Kindly provide insights on the tentative timeline for status changes to Assessment, DIP, Decision, Nomination from the time application is submitted (6th November).
